Shopping Basics

Yes, we will take all products as manufacturers. The warranty period is according to the product, but usually the product delivery time is guaranteed from 1 year. Defective customer service under warranty, please contact Customer Service.

Shipping & Returns

Please contact Customer Service for returns or exchanges. We will consider your return or exchange requests as soon as possible for defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products. For a return or replacement, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
